Requirements:

Minimum 10 years’ experience with delivery and engineering management and ownership for Microsoft Office 365 based collaboration services to support Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and ancillary products including Power Platform.

Expertise in SharePoint architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and ITSM integration.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, PnP, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance tuning.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support diverse user groups.

Experience with SharePoint Online (M365) migrations and hybrid environments.

Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks and compliance requirements (DOD, NIST).

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions tailored to business needs.

Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the SharePoint environment.

Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of SharePoint data.

Monitor and maintain the performance of SharePoint servers and applications.

Develop and implement customizations, workflows, and automations within SharePoint.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training for SharePoint users.

Collaborate with IT teams to support integrations with ServiceNow and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.

Follow best practices for SharePoint architecture, administration, and governance.
