Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Tier 1 customers.
  • Gain a deep understanding of their needs, goals, and challenges to offer customized solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products and services, such as digital eBooks and print solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear communication and prompt issue resolution.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding processes and drive high customer retention.
  • Identify and target prospective high-value customers within the assigned region or segment.
  • Develop and execute strategies to win new business from strategic accounts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to leverage leads and convert them into new opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to the National Sales Head on account performance in CRM system, pipeline progress, and key metrics.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Share market, competitor insights with sales, product and marketing teams regularly
