Requirements:
  • Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau / Power BI) and CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce – Sales & Marketing Hubs).
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with sales SaaS tools (Gong, Outreach.io, PitchBook, Crunchbase, Lusha, etc.) β€” at least 2-3 implementations.
  • Ability to integrate and automate systems infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, sales, accounting, finance and customer success (CS) to maintain a holistic business perspective.
  • Deep knowledge of key business KPIs, with the ability to analyze trends, identify bottlenecks and uncover hidden growth potential.
  • Ability to see the big picture, provide strategic insights and serve as a trusted advisor.

  • Experience in sales workflow optimization and sequence setup.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate sales projections and identify trends.
  • Ensure data integrity, hygiene and accuracy in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Manage and integrate sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach.io, Lusha).
  • Organize and optimize outreach sequences for SDRs.
  • Conduct and present Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) through BI tools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales, marketing and leadership teams.
  • Drive sales initiatives, build structured rollout plans and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with performance insights, process improvements and reporting for the SDR team.
