Requirements:

• Proven ability to work with both foundation models (e.g. Whisper, GPT, BERT) and traditional ML, with a track record of shipping features powered by your work.
• Familiarity with the quirks of real-world audio, ASR, diarization, or related fields will help you ramp quickly and spot real-world edge cases.
• You understand when “good enough” really is, and when a product or user need demands deeper research or better performance.
• You’re energized by ownership, speed, ambiguity, and impact; not by long roadmaps and red tape.
• You know how to trace a problem from raw data to model behavior to user impact, and back again.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement novel solutions that power core experiences in the Limitless ecosystem, particularly in audio processing, transcription, summarization, and context-aware reasoning.
• Own end-to-end ML experiments, from prototype to product, and ship research that moves the needle on tangible product outcomes.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate user needs into deeply useful AI-powered features.
• Define success metrics for your models, run experiments, and iterate fast based on user and system feedback.
