Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of software development experience writing full-stack TypeScript/Node/React
  • Experience writing automated tests
  • CI/CD principles and pipelines
  • Cloud engineering experience (GCP)
  • Microservices /Serverless
  • Infrastructure as code
  • Event-driven architectures, RESTful interfaces and SQL databases
  • Experience using TDD principles would be an advantage
  • Experience in Data modelling/Database engineering would be a plus
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform would be a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Development of new features and improvements
  • Adopting and contributing to CI/CD pipeline and ways of working
  • Delivering product value iteratively
  • Ensuring best practices around observability and security
  • Working closely with other developers to ensure knowledge sharing
  • Designing and developing new platform functionality, from inception to deployment
  • Building on top of and integrating the existing estate
  • Helping to refine and deliver work items across our Agile delivery process
  • Contributing to efficiencies and improvements in Ways of Working
  • Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Sharing new ideas, techniques and methodologies.
