Requirements:
  • 5+ years in user experience design.
  • Experience in conducting user research, leading calls, and utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to guide UX decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for and contribute to setting and achieving OKRs, prioritize new features and improvements, and maintain awareness of competitor and industry trends to inform product decisions.
  • Empower and guide team members to deliver exceptional user experiences, ensuring alignment on customer problems to solve and celebrating team achievements.
  • Utilize the design system effectively to streamline UI, leverage AI for optimizing task efficiency, and engage in rapid prototyping for quick iteration and validation.
