Conduct a literature review of the food safety (microbiological, allergens and chemical contaminants)/ quality to understand scientific basis for GMP and allergen movement (from canteen to production areas) practices Understanding compliance with local, national, and international food safety and quality regulations and certification bodies when available Map out current GMP and allergen movement practices including GMP audit protocols at JDE factories To review any food safety or quality recalls/ incidents related to GMP and entering production areas (if any) Gather and analyze data related to GMP compliance, identifying areas for improvement. Determine if supporting testing is required and provide a test plan to support the best practices Support update of the Standard Operating Procedure and training materials to be used in sessions for staff
