  • Update performance statistics
  • Monitor client communications

  • Process pending item resolution
  • Review auto-submitted claims
  • Validate new verifier work
  • Monitor evaluation claims
  • Ensure accurate claim processing
  • Maintain documentation standards
  • Provide technical guidance
  • Support claim verification processes
  • Assist with coverage requirements
  • Mentor team members
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
  • Prepare and conduct weekly client meetings
  • Create analytical presentations
