Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor innovative and engaging KOL campaigns in the Web3 space to achieve measurable brand objectives.
Track and analyze KOL campaign performance using key metrics, provide regular reports, and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.
Work closely with KOLs on strategic content planning, ensuring it aligns with the brand, targets the audience effectively, and adheres to content calendars and briefs.
Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and identify new partnership opportunities to expand brand reach and influence within the Web3 community.
Work effectively with marketing, content, social media, and product teams to ensure integrated and coherent brand messaging across all initiatives.
Stay updated on Web3 trends and influencer marketing best practices to inform campaign strategies and content creation.
KOL Sourcing, Onboarding, and Management: Identify, vet, onboard, and oversee the day-to-day interactions with KOLs, including defining creative strategies, drafting briefs, and ensuring content quality.
