Requirements:
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • BS in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of exceeding quotas in enterprise sales, ideally as a Regional Sales Executive or Manager focused on endpoint security, SIEM, or Cloud Security
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity – ideally with AI-driven SIEM and CNAPP/Cloud Security expertise
  • Confidence to deliver compelling presentations, from boardrooms to webinars
  • Proven ability to navigate both technical and business stakeholders
  • A well-connected network of enterprise decision-makers in the region
  • Exceptional organizational, CRM, and reporting skills
  • Experience supporting and scaling sales enablement in a dynamic, high-growth environment

  • Strong familiarity with channel-driven sales models and partner ecosystems

Responsibilities:
  • Own and expand direct sales into strategic enterprise accounts across Sweden
  • Drive and grow solution sales through key partners, including Managed Security Services providers
  • Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across enterprise clients
  • Lead the full sales cycle – from initial contact to close – backed by your dedicated Sales Engineer and Channel Partner support
  • Partner closely with marketing and product teams to craft high-impact lead generation and go-to-market campaigns
  • Champion sales excellence by aligning with our internal processes and best practices
  • Evangelise SentinelOne’s innovative technology and become a known face in the Swedish cybersecurity space
  • Represent us at top industry events – and don’t shy away from taking the stage when needed
