Responsibilities:
  • Actively grow and manage Trust Wallet's online and offline communities to expand reach and drive engagement within regional markets, understanding how community initiatives complement paid marketing efforts.
  • Serve as a crucial link by gathering and sharing market feedback and user suggestions with relevant internal teams, while also understanding how token utilities can incentivize community participation and growth.
  • Develop and update various content formats and analyze market data, including the impact of community initiatives alongside paid marketing, to inform effective growth strategies.
  • Produce and distribute high-quality, engaging content tailored for English-speaking audiences across various platforms to educate and attract users.
  • Moderate social media and chat groups to foster positive interactions, increase overall community engagement, and address user inquiries.
  • Identify and explore new community-friendly platforms and strategies to facilitate user base expansion and enhance brand awareness, considering potential synergies with paid acquisition channels.
  • Assist in organizing online and offline events to connect with the community and support the recruitment and management of community moderators.
