Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a focus on complex enterprise-level deals.
  • Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas of $1.5M+ annually.
  • Experience selling to large enterprises, ideally including Fortune 500 clients.
  • Skilled at managing all aspects of pipeline generation and deal execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Team-oriented, coachable, and adaptable in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for interpreting customer needs and closing deals.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for meetings, events, and client engagements.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the full sales cycle, maintaining a strong pipeline and consistently exceeding a $1.5M annual revenue quota.
  • Acquire new enterprise-level customers and cultivate long-term partnerships with Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain strong pipeline visibility through monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Build strategic territory and go-to-market plans to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Drive pipeline generation activities in collaboration with Sales Development, Marketing, and Channel teams.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and client meetings with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering and Client Success to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Present product solutions tailored to prospect needs both virtually and in person.
