Senior Solution Architect - Enterprise

Requirements:

• 6 to 8 years in a customer-facing technical role involving data architecture, integration or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of replication, CDC, and ELT/ETL workflows
• Strong Experience in designing and implementing scalable data lake architectures using AWS S3, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS2), or Google Cloud Storage (GCS)
• Strong hands-on experience with open table formats such as Delta Lake and Apache Iceberg, including use cases for ACID compliance, schema evolution, partition pruning, and time travel
• Proven ability to guide enterprise customers in selecting, deploying, and operationalizing modern lakehouse architectures using Delta Lake or Iceberg integrated with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks
• Proficiency in SQL and command-line scripting, with experience across multiple databases, warehouses, and OS platforms
• Extensive experience configuring secure networking connectivity including SSH tunneling, VPNs, Private Links and enterprise networking
• Experience deploying and managing containerized workloads using Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through installing and configuring Fivetran connectors, ensuring replication readiness (full transactional logging, archiving, etc.)
• Assist with Hybrid Deployment in containerized environments using Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes
• Partner with customers to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and optimize source systems and pipelines
• Deliver best-practice guidance, training, documentation, and post-deployment support to enable customer self-sufficiency
• Provide guidance on setting up network configurations including SSH, Private Link etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams — Product, Support, Success, and Engineering — to ensure successful delivery and customer outcomes
