Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a phone-based role with an Australian company
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM tools is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Call new customers in under 5 minutes (get their information and book an appointment)
• Build trust quickly and figure out exactly what the client needs, without sounding like a script
• Follow up with past leads and bring them back into the pipeline
