Senior Product Designer (Remote - US)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS applications, particularly in high-stakes or data-heavy industries
• Proven ability to reduce user errors and enhance workflow efficiency through thoughtful interaction design
• Mastery of Figma and other prototyping tools, with experience validating concepts through rapid iteration
• Strong collaboration history with cross-functional teams and a track record of owning outcomes
• Excellent communication and UX writing skills to guide users through complex interfaces clearly and concisely
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to partner effectively with engineering

Responsibilities:

• Translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered designs that improve usability and reduce cognitive load
• Collaborate within an empowered product trio (Product, Tech, and Design) to align vision, execution, and outcomes
• Create and iterate prototypes in Figma to validate design hypotheses and gather user feedback quickly
• Document and communicate design rationale clearly across teams to maintain alignment and accelerate delivery
• Conduct direct user research and usability testing to continuously inform and refine your designs
• Actively contribute to the evolution of the design system and promote best practices within the broader design team
• Mentor peers and help shape a culture of innovation, critical thinking, and collaboration
