Experience identifying and evaluating lingerie/fashion manufacturers (especially in the EU/USA). Skilled in price negotiation, MOQs, lead times, and setting clear terms. Ability to create and manage production calendars, sample rounds, and delivery schedules. Experience with fit samples, fabric testing, size grading, and final inspections. Familiar with ethical manufacturing standards and basic compliance (especially for the U.S. market).
