Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in sales or sales management roles, where you've learned the intricacies of sales processes and developed a deep understanding of what makes sales teams tick.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in training or learning and development positions, where you've honed your skills in adult learning, instructional design, and training delivery.
  • Experience in the medical device and Diagnostics industry preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Diagnostics Solution US Training team in creation and implementation of all training and on-boarding sessions, resources, and sales effectiveness processes across the US Region.
  • Coach, develop and performance manage this training team to be high performing.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the sales team.
  • Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing training that caters to the specific needs of the team.
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions using various methods, including classroom training, virtual training, and coaching.
  • Collect and analyze training metrics, such as sales performance and customer feedback, to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure that training programs align with overall sales strategy and business goals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to improve their performance.
  • Responsible for developing training schedules and curricula that is aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.
