Requirements:

• Proven experience editing paid social ad content, preferably for Meta platforms.
• Comfortable working with high-output creative volume in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of performance-driven editing and storytelling for social.
• Ability to deliver assets in multiple formats and cut lengths.
• Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and deliver short-form ad variations weekly for Meta/Instagram.
• Create multiple aspect ratios including 1:1, 9:16, and 4:5 as needed.
• Produce various cutdowns of each creative (e.g., 40s, 30s, 20s versions).
• Work from provided briefs, asset banks, and voiceovers to craft high-performing creatives.
• Ensure alignment with our internal content engine and project management workflows.
• Collaborate async via Slack and Zoom, with clear communication and adherence to deadlines.
