Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in partner/channel marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing communications, content strategy, or digital marketing.
  • BA/BS degree or higher.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and influence across all levels of management, both internally and externally.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM, including Campaign creation, lead/contact management, and opportunity tracking.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce PRM, including MDF functionality, partner campaign development, Community Cloud group management, and lead flow optimization.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, or Marketo (SFMC preferred).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a partner advocate, collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to drive marketing initiatives.
  • Manage all marketing benefits across program tiers, ensuring seamless experiences at each partner touchpoint.
  • Support the Partner Program and Enablement teams in developing materials, communications, and improving the partner journey from recruitment and onboarding to enablement, growth, evangelization, and retirement.
  • Provide marketing support for partner tooling, including the Partner Portal (Salesforce PRM) and the LMS & Content Management System (Highspot).
  • Act as the Partner Marketing stakeholder for external partner messaging, overseeing the Work website (Become a Partner, Partner Directory) and the Partner Portal Homepage.
  • Serve as the Partner Brand Manager, ensuring compliance with organization and partner brand guidelines, including program badging, co-branding efforts, and partner-facing content.
  • Drive tracking and impact measurement initiatives within the B2B Commercial Salesforce platform and Salesforce PRM Partner Portal (Channel & Technology).
  • Manage the Partner Enablement/Channel Marketing Dashboard, ensuring visibility into program performance across the GCM team.
  • Establish campaign structures and tracking mechanisms, ensuring accurate reporting across partner engagement efforts, including monthly webinars and other initiatives.
  • Oversee strategic development and execution of go-to-market content, including Campaigns in a Box, enablement materials, and field marketing assets.
  • Maintain partner materials and content, ensuring alignment with marketing programs, updates to pricing & packaging, product information, and program changes.
  • Develop educational content for partner communications, webinars, newsletters, and solution selling materials tailored to Technology and ISV partners.
  • Lead Partner Communications efforts, including the Monthly Partner Newsletter process, content selection, agency collaboration, email testing, deployment, reporting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Support external and internal communication efforts to drive partner sign-ups for the Work Partner Portal and Monthly Partner Newsletter.
  • Manage the Partner Portal homepage, overseeing announcements, tools, FAQs, and other partner resources.
  • Oversee the launch of Phase II Partner Communications Platform, integrating Communities within the Partner Portal, linking Monthly Webinars to SFDC, enabling SSO for Highspot tooling, and deploying a GenAI Partner Support bot.
  • Drive strategic development and management of Work Partner Program marketing initiatives, including the execution of the new ISV Partner Program track (Phase I launch).
  • Manage all marketing benefit offerings, ensuring internal teams are informed of changes, additions, or reductions.
  • Oversee logistical and operational elements of partner marketing, including: Quarter agency budget tracking, Campaign creation and partner lead upload management via the Partner Portal, Engagement tracking and troubleshooting within Salesforce, Validation of team dashboards, Vendor and agency management, Collaboration with Partner Content Contractor.
