Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• NetSuite experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar functional role.
• Expertise in ERP and CRM systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working directly with development teams.
• Basic understanding of software APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to formulate and document functional requirements.
• Work with Professional Services and customers to scope challenges.
• Collaborate to identify gaps and evaluate new feature requests.
• Communicate with Development teams to track progress.
• Project manage complex initiatives and assist with backlog refinement.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions.
• Serve as the ZoneBilling subject matter expert.
• Create detailed documentation.
