Responsibilities:

  • Cross selling solutions that deliver mutually beneficial value to both merchants and Zip.
  • Crafting tailored solutions for merchants and articulating product enhancements internally, ensuring our BNPL offerings meet evolving market needs.
  • Structuring marketing campaigns that increase client market share and drive new consumers to the merchant and Zip.
  • Running effective Quarterly Business Reviews to evaluate performance, share insights, and ensure alignment between merchant and Zip growth objectives.
  • Managing the renewal process for long-term contracts with key enterprise partners, focusing on securing mutually beneficial terms that promote continued growth and increased engagement with Zip's BNPL solutions.
