Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in content/editorial strategy, marketing or similar, with at least 1 year of experience working in the US market.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong customer research experience with a focus on audience understanding (e.g., interviews, sales calls).
  • Data-driven mindset and strategic thinking approach to content creation.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for trends and innovative campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Suite, Asana (or equivalent PM platform), Mangools/Ahrefs/Semrush (or equivalent SEO platform), and familiar with Figma (basic content perspective).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, project management, writers, editors, and leadership.
  • Advanced english level (C1/C2).
Responsibilities:
  • Create strategic content briefs and develop creative ideas that align with client needs.
  • Write and edit high-performing content for various marketing channels, including industry trend reports, case studies, ebooks/guides, blog posts, promotional assets, and social ads.
  • Manage a small team of in-house/external writers, coach them on content creation, implement best practices, and communicate client feedback.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to improve content performance.
  • Establish content creation workflows that balance speed and quality while maintaining content standards that align with client brand guidelines.
  • Manage content timelines, assign tasks to writers, or take on pieces yourself, and ensure timely delivery through communication with internal/external stakeholders via project management systems.
