Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfort with using digital platforms and basic troubleshooting (Zoom, EMRs, online forms, etc.)
  • Experience in a healthcare or telehealth environment is preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, and our scheduling system
  • Collect, verify, and organize patient intake information accurately
  • Support patients in setting up for their telehealth visits, including basic tech troubleshooting
  • Maintain clear communication with clinicians and other internal teams
  • Proactively address and overcome appointment cancellations by re-engaging patients or offering alternate options
  • Document all interactions and updates in our EMR system promptly
  • Follow up with patients as needed to ensure continuity of care and satisfaction
