Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst including business process review / documentation and data analysis.
• Analyze, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 R3 platform.
• Analyze, configure, customize, and implement the Microsoft D365 for Finance and Operations and maintain a deep functional understanding of the platform.
• Analyze, design, and support integration between the Microsoft Dynamics 365 with external applications.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to clearly communicate and document functional design internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, optimize & support of our D365 applications.
• Understand and document business and system requirements and processes.
• Perform business process analysis with the user community to define and document end-to-end business workflows, discuss appropriate changes to Microsoft Dynamics 365 to accommodate user requirements.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure those changes are communicated and understood.
• Assist with escalated support of our D365 applications as needed.
