Requirements:
  • 7+ years of sales experience, including at least 4 years in enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas with $1.3M–$1.7M annual targets and deals in the $100K–$1M+ ARR range
  • Strong understanding of large enterprise buying processes and ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals
  • Skilled in the MEDDICC/MEDDPICC qualification framework and complex solution selling
  • Executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders (CFO, CIO, CAO, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
Responsibilities:
  • Own the full sales cycle across a set of named strategic accounts, including pipeline development, opportunity management, and closing
  • Drive growth in both net-new accounts and through cross-sell/upsell within existing clients
  • Develop and execute multi-year account and territory plans, aligning to customer business goals
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and present value-driven solutions tailored to each enterprise
  • Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to support complex deal cycles and maximize customer outcomes
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring the product aligns with their evolving needs and compliance requirements
  • Represent the company at key client meetings, industry events, and strategic partner engagements (25–30% travel expected)
