Requirements:

• Experienced in Figma, Framer, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Able to think strategically and execute across multiple experience types (product, content, brand)
• Startup or agile experience preferred — someone who thrives in ambiguity and iteration
• Self-directed and collaborative — async-friendly but comfortable joining weekly check-ins (e.g., Wednesdays at 4pm PT / 7pm ET).

• Refine and evolve product flows
• Design and test new features
• Support our upcoming school launches
• Contribute to the financial education journey
• Support marketing and communication needs
• Collaborate across teams
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities
