Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or performance roles — with at least 1 year leading initiatives or teams.
  • Deeply familiar with PLG models and organic growth strategies (SEO, ASO, partnerships, etc.).
  • Think in experiments and love to run A/B tests, iterate, and learn fast.
  • Understand how to design, measure, and optimize across full funnels — from acquisition to monetization.
  • Bring strong technical & creative skills—able to work with data (Amplitude, GA, Tableau, Growthbook, Firebase) and influence design, copy, and UX.
  • Have a collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Have spoken English - Upper-Intermediate+.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and lead our non-paid growth strategy: SEO, ASO, partnerships, CRM, affiliate, influencer, referrals, and our internal 18M user database.
  • Develop and refine product-channel fit strategies, continually evaluating ROI across acquisition streams.
  • Design and execute breakthrough organic growth initiatives — from discoverability to brand storytelling and partnerships.
  • Lead touchless CRM nurturing funnels, monetization experiments, and lifecycle campaigns that boost retention and revenue.
  • Optimize the New User Experience (NUX) — from first click to first success — by identifying friction points and improving onboarding.
  • Build and scale a culture of experimentation with a solid testing and reporting framework across all channels.
  • Leverage data to drive advanced segmentation and personalization, ensuring the right message reaches the right user.
  • Champion the use of MarTech tools, both in-house built, and external, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team to accelerate long-term growth.
