Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital/growth marketing, ideally with U.S.-based e-commerce brands
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns
  • Experience with influencer marketing, from creator discovery to ROI analysis
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in interpreting marketing KPIs
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and Shopify
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work U.S. hours as needed
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.), and identify opportunities to scale
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing funnels
  • Lead influencer marketing initiatives, including sourcing, outreach, campaign coordination, and performance tracking
  • Support the setup and ongoing management of email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo (or similar tools)
  • Contribute to organic content strategies to complement paid efforts and foster community growth
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce
