Requirements:
  • Analysis of logs and operation of applications
  • Proactivity to detect and escalate errors
  • Networking
  • Knowledge and implementation of Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
  • Javascript development
  • Knowledge of Linux servers and console handling
Responsibilities:
  • The employee will be the first line of escalation of incidents for the team mainly for all clients in Chile.
  • They will be in charge of low-level incident analysis, by reviewing logs to indicate to development possible failures.
  • They must be the link between development and the client
  • They must have the ability to make decisions regarding possible improvements in applications
  • Constant interaction with the development team, with different functional areas of the client and internal to the company, as well as with different areas of level 1 and level 2.
  • They will be the technical referent when escalating any critical incident that may occur
  • They must implement new developments, both at the client (Production and Development), and in their own systems.
  • Perform passive guards once every 4 weeks (7x24) via telephone contact.
