Requirements:
  • Experience as a CRM administrator or operator in a high-volume B2C environment
  • Deep comfort with HubSpot’s SalesHub, ServiceHub, and MarketingHub
  • Expert at building workflows and automations
Responsibilities:
  • Developing and launching new workflows and automations to improve sales effectiveness and service quality
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track CRM usage and business performance
  • Managing HubSpot user accounts, permissions, and security settings
  • Troubleshooting CRM issues like ticket routing or workflow errors across multiple departments
  • Conducting training sessions and building documentation for new CRM users
  • Collaborating with teams across Sales, Customer Service, Underwriting, Product, and Revenue Operations to identify and deliver new CRM features or integrations
