Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with public cloud providers (AWS preferred, GCP or Azure a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/k3s) and Docker
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred)
• Familiarity with GitOps tools like Flux or ArgoCD
• Proficient with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD
• Experience with Helm and Helm chart customization
• Solid scripting skills with Bash
• Familiarity with dotnet and Node.js build tooling (msbuild, vite, webpack)
• Experience troubleshooting complex dotnet app issues: memory leaks, performance, GC, etc.
• Strong understanding of networking: DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP
• Experience with logging and monitoring stacks (EFK, ELK, Loki/Promtail, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Understanding of VPN technologies (OpenVPN, IPSec, WireGuard)
• You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of Telgorithm's cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, observability stack, and internal tooling.
• Collaborate closely with our engineers and product team, maintaining the systems that power our real-time messaging infrastructure.
• Lead the charge in keeping our Kubernetes clusters running smoothly and efficiently.
