Requirements:
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software, services, or SaaS
  • Prior experience in media monitoring, analytics, or PR tech strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with KPIs and success metrics commonly used by PR or communications teams
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Skilled at storytelling and clearly explaining complex ideas
  • Confident analyzing data and connecting insights to customer needs and outcomes
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a media intelligence subject-matter expert during the sales process, supporting Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure prospects fully understand the value of our media solutions
  • Assist in qualifying opportunities and aligning client needs with our offerings
  • Deliver tailored demos, technical walkthroughs, prepare sample briefs and presentations that speak directly to client challenges
  • Support RFP responses, custom proposal creation, and technical documentation as needed
  • Use CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to track activity and collaborate with sales team members
  • Providing a comprehensive update and commentary on monthly sales performance, short- to medium-term forecasts, and progress against the sales strategy, while recommending any adjustments for approval
