UK - AML Analytics Specialist (Power BI / Tableau)

Proven experience in AML or financial crime analytics, with a strong visualization portfolio Advanced skills in Power BI or Tableau, including data modeling, DAX/calculations, and interactivity features Solid understanding of AML regulatory requirements, typologies, and risk assessment methodologies Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong attention to detail and a user-centered approach to dashboard design

Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or Tableau Transform complex AML and financial crime data into clear, insightful visualizations Work with compliance teams to interpret AML regulations, detection scenarios, and risk models through data Deliver data-driven insights that shape and guide compliance strategies and decision-making Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance within all analytics outputs Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and enhance user experience
