Requirements
- Proven experience in AML or financial crime analytics, with a strong visualization portfolio
- Advanced skills in Power BI or Tableau, including data modeling, DAX/calculations, and interactivity features
- Solid understanding of AML regulatory requirements, typologies, and risk assessment methodologies
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong attention to detail and a user-centered approach to dashboard design
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or Tableau
- Transform complex AML and financial crime data into clear, insightful visualizations
- Work with compliance teams to interpret AML regulations, detection scenarios, and risk models through data
- Deliver data-driven insights that shape and guide compliance strategies and decision-making
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance within all analytics outputs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and enhance user experience
