Build rapport with new benefits clients Maintain strong relationships with carrier partners Negotiate renewals with carrier partners Renew group plans Market existing group plans to source new providers Handle post-quote presentation action items Confirm sales details with selected carrier Conduct benchmarking exercises for clients Provide quarterly performance reviews to clients
