Requirements:

• At least 8-10 years of experience in the advertising or film industry.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Media Encoder, and video compression techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Very good attention to detail and Quality Control.
• Confident, with great communication skills (written and verbal) at all operational and organizational levels.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various teams involved in post-production.
• Work with the post-production team to update and manage the overall production schedule.
• Manage post-production resources and team capacity.
• Develop and manage budgets for post-production projects, allocating resources appropriately.
• Create production schedules and timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Streamline post-production processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Provide guidance and direction to the post-production team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Anticipate and address any challenges or obstacles that arise during the post-production process.
• Generate reports on project status, expenses, and performance metrics as needed.
• Work closely with other departments within the agency to ensure seamless integration of post-production services into overall project workflows.
