• Solid experience in SQL and query optimization
• Linux system administration proficiency
• Deep understanding of database architecture and high availability setups
• Familiarity with backup solutions and recovery procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience in remote work environments
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level technical support for database products across diverse environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to performance, reliability, and configuration
• Assist clients with database best practices, upgrades, and usage guidance
• Manage and resolve support cases with professionalism and efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams for deeper technical escalations
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage (shared globally)
