Requirements:
  • You’ve built relationships and partnered closely to add measurable value with technical orgs (Engineering, Product, Data) and remote-first teams, understanding how they operate—from sprints to systems to structure.
  • You're equally comfortable designing long-term org strategies and rolling up your sleeves to get things done at the team level.
  • You know how to support cross-cultural teams from Africa to Europe & UK, navigating complexity with empathy, adaptability, and clarity.
  • You adapt to different stakeholder needs (eg leadership org plans, manager trainings, employee performance), leveraging data, influence, and updating process / policy to enhance long-term org effectiveness.
  • You can translate between people priorities and business outcomes—advising leaders on trade-offs, risks, and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Be a trusted advisor to Engineering, Product, and Data leaders and people managers—aligning strategies to roadmap execution and team evolution to meet start-up, scale-up & Unicorn talent where they are at.
  • Build and implement cross-cultural programs to attract, develop, and retain top technical talent to drive performance excellence.
  • Scale and optimize performance, engagement, and team dynamics in a fast-paced, asynchronous work environment.
  • Partner with CoEs and clients to analyze data on topics like engagement, DEI, and retention—and turn insights into action.
  • Lead initiatives around team transformations, employee relations cases, and workforce planning, remote engagement, and more.
  • Reinforce M-KOPA’s values in every touchpoint—from performance and development to feedback loops and rituals.
