Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a front-end engineer
- Experience in React, TypeScript, Next.js
- Experience in standardization and OSS activities
- Experience as a Tech Lead/Manager
- Working experience as an Individual Contributor
- Strong empathy with Tailor's Mission
- Japanese written and verbal communication skills (JLPT N2)
- Availability to WFH
Responsibilities
- Develop web applications based on React
- Analyze client application requirements
- Design UI components
- Modularize components
- Develop efficient development frameworks
- Build applications using the developed framework
- Design and improve the UI of Tailor PF
- Potentially involved in back-end development
