Requirements:

• You have been a founding member or a key early hire in a startup, ideally within a sub-20 person team, where you’ve built product functions from the ground up.
• A history of designing, launching, and scaling products that deliver tangible business results.
• You’re not afraid to get in the trenches—prototype, iterate, and pivot quickly as needed.
• Deep experience in understanding and addressing customer pain points, translating insights into product excellence.
• Skilled at balancing long-term vision with immediate execution, driving both incremental and breakthrough innovations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a forward-thinking product roadmap aligned with Sully.ai’s mission and growth objectives.
• Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of cutting-edge features that solve real-world healthcare challenges.
• Actively engage with product development—prototype, test, and iterate quickly alongside cross-functional teams.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to shape product enhancements and ensure a seamless experience for healthcare providers.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing to integrate market insights and accelerate product development.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch and scaling—ensuring we consistently exceed market expectations.
• Represent Sully.ai at industry events and conferences, sharing our vision and establishing our thought leadership in healthcare innovation.
