  • Answer common questions from potential candidates using pre-set responses or FAQs
  • Direct inquiries to the right person and ensure candidates get timely, respectful replies
  • Assist in identifying potential candidates through platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, or other niche channels
  • Share early leads with the recruitment team for follow-up
  • Research relevant communities or spaces where we can share roles or build visibility
  • Keep job data clean and organized across systems
  • Help spot gaps or inconsistencies in postings and fix them fast
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure everything reflects the current hiring needs
