Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Operations.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce and HubSpot (certifications are a plus).
  • Proficiency in data tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Excel, or SQL.
  • Familiarity with advertising and marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and UTM frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, especially when translating data for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a remote team environment using tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the integration between Salesforce and HubSpot to support end-to-end lead tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and alignment between marketing and sales data.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and custom reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
  • Analyze cross-channel marketing performance to uncover trends, gaps, and areas of improvement.
  • Drive marketing attribution strategies using UTMs and other tracking tools to measure ROI effectively.
  • Support campaign execution by managing prospect lists, creating custom fields, and enabling segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales to streamline processes and ensure unified reporting.
