Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Operations.
- Deep experience with Salesforce and HubSpot (certifications are a plus).
- Proficiency in data tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Excel, or SQL.
- Familiarity with advertising and marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and UTM frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the integration between Salesforce and HubSpot to support end-to-end lead tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and alignment between marketing and sales data.
- Build and maintain dashboards and custom reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
- Analyze cross-channel marketing performance to uncover trends, gaps, and areas of improvement.
- Drive marketing attribution strategies using UTMs and other tracking tools to measure ROI effectively.
- Support campaign execution by managing prospect lists, creating custom fields, and enabling segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales to streamline processes and ensure unified reporting.
