Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in SaaS professional services or technical consulting.
• Proven background in leading global enterprise software implementations.
• Strong foundation in computer science, engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Expertise in Web Services (REST/SOAP), network architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CCaaS solutions, Salesforce, and modern CRMs.
• Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
• Resourceful, customer-obsessed, and solutions-oriented with strong accountability and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver end-to-end SaaS solutions for enterprise clients, tailoring each implementation to unique business goals.
• Serve as a technical advisor during pre-sales conversations, simplifying complex systems and presenting actionable plans.
• Author detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) outlining project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead complex deployments from kickoff through go-live, guiding clients through configuration, testing, and training.
• Identify technical risks and proactively coordinate cross-functional mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback, identify product gaps, and influence roadmap development.
