• Enjoys figuring things out and bringing order to complexity
• Understands the technical side — at least at a high level of infrastructure and product architecture
• Communicates easily and confidently with a wide range of people — from developers to C-level

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming requests from the sales team and fit them into our existing resource pool
• Help design and implement automation around capacity planning and resource allocation
• Act as a bridge between technical and commercial teams — working closely with engineers, analysts, product managers and executive team
• Bring structure to a fast-moving, still-forming environment by helping build scalable and reliable processes
