Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in IT Delivery or Release Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, Agile, and ITIL frameworks. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with enterprise release management tools and platforms.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement the overall release management strategy and processes. Establish governance frameworks for release planning, scheduling, and execution. Make high-level decisions on release scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and process enhancements. Coordinate and communicate with executive leadership, stakeholders, delivery teams, QA, DevOps, and other key groups. Monitor and evaluate release effectiveness, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
