Requirements:
  • Proven track record of working on a live game as a service cosmetic content-driven model.
  • Ability to drive quality and vision in art vision as well as ability to leverage art for seasonal product business needs.
  • Proactive thinker to anticipate trends and needs of this extraction shooter player base.
  • Strong desire to work in a "commerce" focused setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Visual leadership & support for cosmetics, events, and associated commerce features.
  • Translates goals and direction into a strategy that the art team can execute against in production.
  • Works with the Domain Leadership Team to help shape the roadmap for seasonal content.
  • Provides feedback and direction for cosmetic content season over season.
  • Creates visual briefs, mood boards, and documentation in support of content goals.
  • Supports cohesion across the domains and experience teams to execute against seasonal themes.
  • Works closely with Ex-Dev to deliver at quality within seasonal production scope and capacity.
  • Ultimately accountable to Franchise Art Director.
