Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and make timely decisions.
  • Familiarity with local roads and geographic areas is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and evaluate incoming requests for towing and roadside assistance via phone and Towbook application.
  • Collect essential information including the customer's location, vehicle details, and type of service needed.
  • Utilize Towbook to input dispatch information accurately and manage service requests efficiently.
  • Dispatch tow trucks and coordinate service personnel based on immediate requirements and vehicle availability.
  • Monitor dispatched services to ensure prompt response and resolution of customer issues.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding estimated arrival times and service status.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all calls, interactions, and dispatch activities in Towbook.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and courteously.
  • Collaborate with towing operators and team members to facilitate smooth operations and improve customer satisfaction.
