  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Assess client environment readiness
  • Configure and implement IBM Spectrum Scale features (Protocols, Encryption, Tiering, AFM)
  • Address integration complexity with NetApp storage
  • Support testing and documentation requirements
