Technical Project Manager

Requirements:

• 5+ years in technical project management
• Strong understanding of AI technologies
• Deep hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Implement and track multiple engineering projects
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and other teams
• Gather and organize all incoming engineering tasks
• Compile and transform cross-functional requests into well-defined engineering tasks
• Develop technical project timelines
• Lead weekly sprint planning, scrums, standups, and retrospectives
• Support the implementation of software development workflows
• Execute decisions made by engineering leadership
• Identify potential risks in architecture, system dependencies, and technical scalability
• Communicate project status, technical challenges, and outcomes to engineering leadership
• Work closely with the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Engineering Officer
