Senior Product Designer - (Remote - India)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, particularly data or analytics applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design for complex data interfaces and visualizations.
• Excellent user research and usability testing skills, with a user-first mindset.
• Proficiency with Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools; experience with AI-assisted tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to clearly present and defend design decisions.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first, startup environment.
• Willingness to work between 12:30pm – 9:30pm IST at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design efforts from research and discovery through to high-fidelity execution.
• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for data-rich platforms, including dashboards and visualizations.
• Conduct user research to understand personas, identify usability issues, and inform design decisions.
• Create interactive prototypes to test and validate solutions quickly and iteratively.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet user needs.
• Shape the overall UX strategy by synthesizing user insights and aligning product vision with customer value.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the design team.
