Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a consulting or customer success role within the cybersecurity industry.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to manage multiple client requests, balancing priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding both technical and business objectives.
- Lead onboarding sessions to ensure seamless integration of Tenchi's platform into clients' existing environments, workflows, and security frameworks.
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored cyber risk remediation strategies that align with their business goals and regulatory compliance needs.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support, troubleshooting issues, offering solutions, and ensuring quick resolution of client inquiries.
- Proactively monitor client security performance, track key security metrics, and identify areas for potential risk mitigation or improvements.
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, representing client needs, coordinating efforts, and ensuring the timely and effective delivery of services.
- Prepare and present regular reports to clients using tools such as PowerBI, Quicksight, offering actionable insights, security trends, and recommendations to improve their overall security posture.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in cloud security, advising clients with proactive strategies and solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, adding value to existing client accounts.
- Continuously work towards enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through exceptional communication, timely responsiveness, and the delivery of meaningful, value-added services.
